Delivery Information

Delivery Within New Zealand

Items less than 0.1 cubic meters and under 30 kilograms are shipped via NZ Couriers on an overnight track and trace service. Items dispatched should be received the following business day.

Oversized deliveries are freighted through Daily Freight and can vary in delivery times. Deliveries can take up to 5 business days NZ Wide.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3pm begin processing the next business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Urgent jobs can be processed same day depending on that day’s production schedule.

Packaging

Where possible, Ellar Graphics recycle cartons and boxes that are reusable for shipping items across New Zealand. Please consider recycling any packaging you may receive if possible.

Orders are also shipped in ready made tubes with end caps to protect prints. If you receive a tube that has been damaged in transit, please contact Ellar Graphics immediately to rectify any deliveries that may be a result of freight damage.

Order Changes

Please note that if an incorrect address is entered on your order and as a result our courier is unable to deliver the item the product may be returned to sender. If it is within 2 hours of placing your order we may be able to change the address to the correct one.

Order Cancellation: Due to our automated system there is no guarantee we can cancel an order before it ships. We recommend contacting customer service as soon as possible to request cancellation.
